Meghan has nearly 20 years of experience in People Operations and HR, primarily within global tech companies. She spent over 13 years at Google in various roles, scaling engineering and tech teams worldwide. As VP of People at Kabbage (a FinTech company acquired by Amex in 2020), she led HR Business Partner and Learning & Development teams. At Fortis Games, she partnered with the Chief People Officer to establish the people department, designing and developing people programs, talent management strategies, employee relations, executive development, and global HR policies, all while helping the company grow from 50 to over 300 employees. Most recently, Meghan served as the Director of Talent Management and Employee Experience at Cover Genius, an insurance tech company.

An Organizational Psychologist, Meghan holds an MA in Organization & Leadership from Columbia University, specializing in conflict resolution and change management. She has been a board member at The Lola and The Atlanta Contemporary, and she advises startups globally on people programs, HR policies, and employee engagement.
